We generally employ a non-judicial method of foreclosure, except in Florida, and if provided with sufficient information at referral, we can bring a property all the way to sale in 40-60 days. In Florida, we proceed with judicial foreclosures, as non-judicial is not an option. In Florida, we can utilize a method where we go to judgment and sale within 6-9 months in an uncontested case, or we can use an order to show cause method which has an even shorter timeline, again, if the case is uncontested. With Florida contested cases, we are adept at handling litigation, including complex cases, with high rate of success.

Although rare, title issues, bankruptcy filings or other impediments can affect the process, but we are well equipped to handle such impediments and get things back on track toward a final disposition for our client.
