Jan Smith joined the firm in July 2019 as the HR Manager.  Jan has been in the HR field for over 20 years in areas of Recruiting, Employee Relations, Payroll, Organizational development and HR administration.  Her area of expertise were developed from the Healthcare and Government sector.  She currently manages HR infrastructure and policy & procedure advancement.
