Michele Lublin was instrumental in the formation of the firm, joining the firm from its inception in April 2009. Michele is responsible for oversight of all back office operations in general, including direct supervision of HR, Accounting, Office Services, and Information Technology departments. Michele works closely with the partners to ensure Rubin Lublin is meeting its mission of providing its clients with personalized service and professional results.
