In addition to the new service area, the firm is pleased to announce the hiring of Partner Cindy Williams. Ms. Williams has 16 years’ of all around mortgage default experience in Alabama and will help manage the firm’s Alabama practice. She will reside in the firm’s new office in Birmingham, AL, scheduled to open later this month.

Ms. Williams is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. Prior to joining Rubin Lublin, she spent 16 years employed in the mortgage default arena performing functions in all areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, title claim/clearance, and litigation matters.

Assisting Ms. Williams with the firm’s Alabama practice are Alabama licensed associates Max Chang and Emlyn Eason. Mr. Chang is a member of the firm’s litigation department with 6 years’ experience, while Ms. Eason works in the foreclosure department and has been with the firm for a year.
