Mr. Baymiller is an associate attorney in the Alabama office of Rubin Lublin, LLC. He practices in all areas of the firm’s matters with a focus on foreclosure, ejectments, real estate title and curative litigation as well as all types of creditor bankruptcy.  Mr. Baymiller has also worked as a title agent and closing agent, a claims attorney for the world’s largest title underwriter and has been an agent for Lawyers Title Company, Chicago Title, Fidelity National Title Company of New York and Stewart Title.  He has been in practice for 25 years and not only served as the Managing Title Attorney for one of the largest national mortgage default law firms and began his practice as the primary bankruptcy attorney with one of the earliest boutique real estate and creditors’ rights law firms
